Detailed description of Covington Country Club

Covington Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Covington, Tennessee.

The course opened in 1954 as a 9-hole course. It was expanded to 18-holes in 1996.

The course has wide open fairways some of which were built on rolling terrain.  The medium-sized greens are somewhat undulating. Water comes into play on ten holes. The course offers scenic views with several ponds and white sand bunkers.  

The most difficult hole is #4, a 377-yard, par 4, requiring a lay-up tee shot, then an approach shot over a ditch to the green.

The yardage ranges from 4,804 to 6,308 yards. The course is a par 72 with four par 5's and 4 par 3's.
